Jay Bizon was one the most efficient travel agent I have come across.
I often travel to Europe in business class but I am often tied up with the same destination landing and returning. I was looking for a very short notice flight LA Paris to Paris and London L.A.
Jay found the most competitive price 30% cheaper than all the quotes I got from other agents I've been using for years. He was very attentive to my flight requests and always available answering the phone when I had extra questions.
Within a couple of hours I was all set.
VERY IMPRESSIVE.

I was skeptical of this, but J did a great job for me. He found the best flight, the same flight American Express recommended, but at 1/2 the price. J was responsive and friendly. Assuming all goes well with this I will be a regular customer.
