I acknowledge charges described heron, either by Wholesale Flights, or issuing Hotel. Payment in full will be processed at time of booking. Once confirmed and booked, all bookings are: NON-REFUNDABLE and NOT-CHANGEABLE. Once confirmed and a copy of the booking is received, please review your reservation for accuracy on items such as: Correct Spelling of the name(s), Hotel, dates and total amount paid.

In the event of cancellation, no monetary refunds are given. If bookings must be changed or cancelled, penalty will apply. (Some Hotel reservations are completely non refundable and cannot be changed or refunded). This agreement authorizes Wholesale Flights to mail any travel documents to the provided shipping address. Shipping via Regular Mail , Wholesale Flights does not assume any responsibility for the documents sent via Regular Mail. I shall under no condition decline; reject or challenge the amount charged on my credit card. The Credit Card holder understands all the stipulations, rules and conditions pertaining to the purchased Hotel reservation.
